Al's Seasonal Services

About Al's Seasonal Services

Fog sits low on the Mississippi most summer mornings, and it burns off about the time the first yard of the day is ready to cut. Al's Seasonal Services works the lawns along the river road in Little Falls township and the ones tucked back among the oaks, mowing, trimming, and blowing the clippings clear of the walks. There is a plain pleasure in the moment a yard goes from shaggy to finished — even lines, tight corners, nothing left to sweep. Spring means hauling off everything the snow pressed flat, and October means leaves, load after load, until the ground is open again. Steady work, done in order, in a township where people look out the window and notice.
