About St Croix Valley Landscaping

The St. Croix runs some miles east of here, and the whole country in between tips gently toward it, water finding its way down through oak and open ground. St Croix Valley Landscaping mows that inland stretch, the yards around Lent and out toward Wyoming where lawns end at woodlots rather than at other lawns. Cutting is done at a height the soil can carry, with the clippings left to go back into it. Then the string trimmer, which is where most of the actual care lives — around the light post, along the retaining wall, tight to the shed. Cleanups come at both ends, spring for what winter left and fall for what the oaks drop, so a yard is handed to each season in good order.
