T & T Stump Grinding

About T & T Stump Grinding

Leiding Township covers a broad stretch of St. Louis County where water fills more than an eighth of the map and forest presses in around every yard. After a muggy August windstorm drops an old spruce, or a pine finally has to come down, the stump left behind can squat in a lawn for decades, catching mower blades and breaking up the run of the grass. T & T Stump Grinding chews those stumps down below the grass line, turning stubborn wood into a heap of fragrant chips and handing the ground back to the lawn. With the stump gone, the yard can be mowed in one unbroken sweep, and grass can knit over the spot where the old tree stood. Under the tall northern sky, watching a lawn become whole again never gets old.
