About BRO Property Services

The Heartland Trail comes through Laporte on an old rail grade, and on a still winter night you can hear a plow working three quarters of a mile off across the cold. Snow comes down heavy in this stretch between the Paul Bunyan State Forest and the Kabekona country, and it comes early. BRO Property Services plows the drives and lots, shovels the walks, and keeps lake lanes open through the long middle of the winter. When the ice finally goes out, those same properties want mowing, trimming and a spring cleanup to get the winter's litter off the grass. A lakeside yard cut short and even in mid-July is its own kind of pay.
