True North Lawn and Snow

About True North Lawn and Snow

On a clear January night in Lakeville, the cold sharpens everything — the squeak of boots, the stars hanging hard over the frozen lakes, the north star fixed exactly where it always is. True North Lawn and Snow navigates winter by that kind of constancy. When the snow comes — and in Dakota County it comes generously — the plow runs its route with the steadiness the name suggests: driveways, then sidewalks, house after house, storm after storm. Homeowners wake to the sound of scraping and roll back over, because the morning is already handled. Winter in Minnesota is long, but it is reliable in one respect: it will snow again, and someone will be out ahead of the sun taking care of it.
