About TurfCare, Inc

Two in the morning on Gull Lake, and the plow lights are the only thing moving along the north shore roads. Lake Shore's driveways bend back through the red pines to houses set close to the water, and every one of them has to be open before the coffee is poured. TurfCare, Inc clears those lanes and the walks beside them, then comes back in June to mow the same corridors once they have gone green again. Shoreline lots ask for patience — mower, trimmer, and a steady hand where lawn runs out into birch and rock. The reward in January is black pavement under a yard light; in July it is an edge so clean the pine duff stops exactly where it is told.
