About AAALakeShores LLC

Mille Lacs is big enough to make its own weather, and the southwest shore in Kathio township takes the brunt of whatever crosses it. AAALakeShores LLC handles winter on that ground — plowing driveways and lake-road accesses, clearing walks, opening the way from the door to the vehicle before daylight. Out here a drive can be clean at eight and drifted shut by ten, so the work is as much about returning as it is about the first pass. Snow banked properly, sightlines kept open, entries taken down to the surface: that is the standard. When the big lake lies white to the horizon and the wind comes across it unbroken, an open driveway is worth nearly everything.
