About Lakeside Landscapes LLC

Sand Creek runs right through Jordan, and in March you can hear it before you see it — meltwater loud under the bridges, carrying winter out of town a little at a time. Lakeside Landscapes LLC works to that water's calendar. When the creek runs high, it is time to rake the yards awake, repair what the drifts pressed flat, and get the first cut on grass that has been waiting since November. When the creek slows and skims over in December, the plow goes on and the same properties get their driveways and walks kept open through whatever the sky sends. Living beside moving water teaches you that seasons are not events but currents, and the work rides them. Green banks in June, white banks in January, and a yard kept right on both sides of the year.
