Jones Mulch Service

About Jones Mulch Service

In Jones, out in the red pine and lake country of Beltrami County, winter is less a season than a long residence. Jones Mulch Service meets it with a plow, clearing drives and lanes so the morning starts on scraped ground instead of a foot of fresh powder. When the thaw finally comes in April, the work turns to the soil: fresh mulch laid around trees and beds, and lawns mowed back into shape after the long white months. The earthy smell of new mulch in a warming yard is one of the north's surest signs that summer is on its way. Two seasons, two kinds of care, and one tidy place to come home to.
