About Nature's Maid LLC

In high summer the lake country around Jenkins fills with the sound of screen doors and outboard motors, and the cabins tucked along the shorelines wake up for the season. Nature's Maid keeps the grass around them neat, mowing the lawns that slope toward the water, trimming along the paths down to the docks, and raking up the pine needles that fall in rust-colored drifts. The aim is a yard that looks swept and ready, so the first thing anyone sees at the end of the drive is a welcome. Under a long July dusk, with loons trading calls across the water, a tidy lawn feels like part of the lake itself. That is the small, careful gift of this work.
