About Neighbors Outdoor Services

On a Saturday morning the newer streets at the edge of Isanti fill with the sound of mowers, and Neighbors Outdoor Services is usually somewhere among them. Lawns get cut and trimmed on a rhythm all summer; in fall the leaves come off the grass before the first hard freeze locks them down for good. Come winter the same route runs in reverse and in the dark, plows opening driveways while shovels take the steps and the front walk. It is a short list of tasks and a long list of houses, and getting around all of them before people need to be somewhere is the craft of it. The reward is small and repeated — a yard that looks tended, and a drive clear to the curb before the bus comes.
