About North Ridge Outdoor Services

A January wind that has crossed the Mississippi comes up over the Inver Grove bluffs with nothing in its way, and it will pack a driveway hard by four in the morning. That is the hour we like — blade down, headlights on the last drift at the end of the apron, so the first person out the door finds bare pavement and a walk already salted. The rest of the year those same properties want mowing, trimming and edging, plus a fall cleanup that lifts the oak leaves off the bluff-side yards before wet snow pins them down. This is a river town with hills in it: half the stops sit on a grade, which changes how you push snow and how you cut grass both. We take them one at a time, straight through the calendar.
