About Ground Control LLC

West of Hutchinson the fields run open to the horizon, and when a January clipper crosses them the snow does not fall so much as travel — building drifts wherever the wind finds an edge. Ground Control LLC knows that country and works against it, cutting drives and lots back open after the wind has had its say. Plowing here is less an event than a conversation with the weather, and the crew keeps at it until the pavement wins. Come summer the same ground softens into lawn, and the work turns to mowing and keeping yards trim through the tall-grass months. Wind, drift, growth, cut — Ground Control answers all of it.
