Lawn Green

About Lawn Green

Hudson Township rolls. Glacial hills rise and dip across this part of Douglas County, and between them lie ponds and small lakes that catch the light like scattered coins. Lawn Green keeps the grass on those curves thick and evenly cut, following each swell of a yard so every pass lies true. In June, after a night of rain, the whole township turns a deep, almost electric green, the very color this business is named for. A lawn tended this way frames the water, runs neatly down to the shoreline reeds, and makes a summer evening on the porch feel earned.
