About Sticks & Stones Inc.

West of Howard Lake the section roads run for miles with nothing but stubble to break the wind, and three inches of blowing snow can close a driveway a calm foot never would. Sticks & Stones Inc. plows against that — drives and yard approaches opened, walks and entries cleared, drifts cut back from the fence lines before the next blow rebuilds them. The work happens at odd hours because the weather keeps odd hours, and a route run early is the difference between a school morning that works and one that does not. The last pass is the good one, when the yard light shows clean gravel and a wall of snow squared off where it belongs. Snow removal around Howard Lake and the Wright County towns nearby.
