Hopkins Snow Crew

About Hopkins Snow Crew

Four in the morning on Blake Road, the plow lights swing across a street nobody has touched yet, and the day belongs to whoever is already awake. Hopkins Snow Crew runs its routes through those hours — driveways opened, aprons cut back to the pavement, walks cleared and treated before the first car door slams. Storms come in off the west here and stack against garage doors and the north wall of every building out toward Shady Oak. The point of it is simple: a homeowner steps out at seven into a drive that looks like the snow skipped the property altogether. Snow removal for Hopkins and the towns along the west side of the metro, all winter, whenever it falls.
