About Wally's Nursery & Landscaping

Hills is the southwesternmost city in Minnesota, a railroad townsite platted in 1889 a couple of miles from Iowa and about four from South Dakota, where the prairie runs on into three states without stopping to ask. On a June evening the sky is the main event out here, wide and high and streaked with gold, and the grass grows fast beneath it after the spring rains. Wally's Nursery & Landscaping does lawn care in Hills: mowing, edging, trimming, and the regular attention that keeps a yard green when the summer wind is drying out everything around it. The finished yard is a small square of order on the open plains, cut lines straight and borders sharp along the walk. It looks good from the road and even better from the porch at sundown.
