Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape

About Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape

Miller Creek gathers on the Hermantown flats and runs down off the hill toward the harbor, cold and quick even in August, cutting its own line through the pines. Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape works the ground that same water crosses — mowing, trimming and edging through summer, fertilizing and weed control, mulching, and cleanups when spring opens and autumn closes. Come winter the work turns to plowing drives and lots, clearing entries and walks by hand, and putting salt or sand where a slope would otherwise decide things. Yards up here sit on thin soil over old rock with birch along the edges and lake weather never far off, and they answer well to steady attention. A trimmed lawn in July, an open drive in January: the same property, cared for either way.
