Silks Removal

About Silks Removal

Henning grew up shipping wheat and flour off the surrounding prairie, and the land around it still opens wide under a February sky. Late in the afternoon, when the light goes blue and the thermometer begins its long slide toward night, the day's snowfall packs hard into driveways and walks. Silks Removal does snow removal around Henning, clearing those surfaces before they freeze into ruts that boots and tires would be fighting until spring. The work is plain and physical, and the reward is just as plain: a walk you could cross in slippers to fetch the mail, a drive that lets the car roll straight out at sunup. Henning winters are long, and Silks Removal makes them a little shorter underfoot.
