About EarthTech

Two railroads met in Henning, the Northern Pacific in 1882 and the Soo Line twenty years later, and the town still has the feel of a place built where routes come together. On a storm night in Otter Tail County, those meeting points are the first things snow tries to erase: the corner where a side street joins the main road, the apron of a shop door, the turn into a yard. EarthTech handles snow removal in Henning, running the plow through the dark so the shape of town reappears before the porch lights click off. The craft is in the details: a straight blade-edge along the curb, a mailbox left standing, a lane wide enough for a pickup and a wave from the neighbor.
