Ground Works Excavating

About Ground Works Excavating

Hendricks sits on the shore of Lake Hendricks, so far west that the South Dakota line cuts through the lake itself. An excavating outfit understands what lies beneath a lawn, and Ground Works Excavating turns that understanding toward the yards of this lake town, mowing and keeping them trim through the short, bright Lincoln County summer. July afternoons here bring wind over the water and sunlight flashing on the waves, and grass grows hard while the season lasts. A cut that leaves crisp lines along the sidewalk makes a small-town street look ready for anyone walking to the shore. Two states share that lake, and Hendricks shows it a well-kept face.
