About Simon Enterprise LLC

Haven Township lies flat and open along the Mississippi below St. Cloud, and open country is where snow gets its speed. Simon Enterprise LLC plows through it — farm drives and township-road approaches, the long gravel run from the mailbox to the shed, the yard turned out wide enough that a truck can swing around without backing into a bank. A wind out of the northwest can close a drive twice in one night; the answer is to come back, not to push harder the first time. Steps, walks and the pad by the door get cleared and sanded, since granite-country ice sets up hard and stays put. The measure of the job is simple — headlights on a clean drive at six in the morning, and everybody gets to work.
