Seasoned Outdoor Services

About Seasoned Outdoor Services

There are two hinges in a Ham Lake year — the last week of October, when woodsmoke starts drifting over the yards, and the first thaw-soft week of April — and Seasoned Outdoor Services lives on both of them. The autumn side of the work is mowing the final cuts and squaring yards away before freeze-up; the spring side is waking them again once the snow lets go of the ground. Between those hinges sits the long white middle, and the crew spends it behind a plow, keeping driveways passable through every overnight inch. Ham Lake asks a lot of the people who work outside in it, and that is precisely the appeal. A town this seasonal deserves hands that know each season by feel.
