About J & S Repair

Section roads run this country in mile squares, and a summer morning here begins with dew burning off the ditches and the smell of cut grass carrying a long way. J & S Repair mows lawns around Grand Meadow — weekly cutting, trimming along foundations and post lines, edging where concrete meets sod — and keeps at it straight through the growing season. Out on the squares the yards are big and open, so the passes are long and the satisfaction is in the evenness of them. Spring cleanup gets the sand and sticks off; fall cleanup gets the leaves off; both leave the grass room to work. Done properly, a mown yard out here looks like something somebody decided to take care of.
