About Zenith Property Services

By early October the tamaracks along the bog edges have gone gold and the frost arrives overnight, and lawn work turns from cutting to clearing. Zenith Property Services covers Grand Lake township and the townships around it, running weekly mowing all summer, trimming and edging on every visit, then swinging into leaf and needle cleanup as the season turns. The ground here is sandy in places and heavy in others, and the mowing lines follow it — around the black spruce, past the woodpile, out to the road. There is a plain kind of pride in the last cut of the year, taken low and even, a yard put away neat for a long white winter. Come May the work starts over with spring cleanup, and the whole rhythm picks up where it left off.
