About Acts2 Property Service LLC

Out in Grand Lake township the houses sit back off the gravel with birch and balsam crowding the property lines, and a mown yard is a small clearing you keep on purpose. Acts2 Property Service LLC looks after those clearings — mowing, trimming around well heads, propane tanks and stone edges, cutting a clean margin where lawn gives way to woods. The northland growing season is short and generous: everything comes up at once in June and wants cutting twice a week, then eases off toward the cool nights of August. Fall cleanups pull birch leaves and needles off the grass before the first heavy snowfall presses them flat. It is patient, weekly work between Twig and Saginaw, and the result is a yard that feels open and kept in the middle of all that timber.
