About Milk Monies Misc.

Corn crowds right up to the edges of Granada by August, taller than a person in the deep black soil of Martin County, with grain bins shining on every horizon. Milk Monies Misc., a name with a wink in it, mows and trims the town's yards, cutting back the midsummer rush and catching the corners a quick pass would miss. Under that big southern Minnesota sun, grass grows with real ambition, and keeping it level is honest weekly work. The payoff is a yard you can cross barefoot at dusk, cool underfoot and cut short. In a town this size, every tended lawn lifts the look of the whole street.
