About Rogstad Land Services LLC

Out in Clearwater County the fields run wide between aspen windbreaks, and the Clearwater River threads past Gonvick without much ceremony. The snow that matters here often fell days ago — it is the wind that moves it, filling an open driveway in an afternoon and building drifts hard enough to walk across. Rogstad Land Services LLC works against exactly that: plowing drives and approaches, clearing walks, and coming back to knock down the drift that rebuilt itself after the storm was over. There is a specific satisfaction in an open lane cut through a waist-high drift, sidewalls clean, the ground snow still streaming past it. On this prairie the job is not finished when the sky clears; it is finished when the wind quits.
