About All Around Companies

Garfield sits in the glacial hills northwest of Alexandria, where the Central Lakes Trail follows the old rail grade past fields and water in about equal measure. All Around Companies covers the whole calendar out here. Summer means mowing, string trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups; winter means plowing, clearing walks, and ice control after the wind packs a drift across some open stretch between two lakes. Weather in this county turns fast, and a fair share of the work is watching it come. The satisfaction is identical in either season, arriving at a place that needed doing and leaving it done.
