About Northern Lights Outdoor Services

There are nights in northwest Minnesota when the sky above the valley goes green and moving, and if you happen to be plowing at two in the morning you get the whole show to yourself. Northern Lights Outdoor Services works those hours — plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks, ice control, and hauling snow off when the banks grow too tall to see around. The other half of the year is mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing and cleanups, done in a northern daylight that hardly quits before ten o'clock. Crookston, Fertile, Mentor, Erskine and East Grand Forks are the map. Cold work, an extraordinary sky, and a whole town waking up to open pavement.
