About Geno's Mowing & Lawn Care

Falcon Heights holds its breath for twelve days every August, when the State Fairgrounds fill up and the whole town smells like fried dough and cut grass. Geno's Mowing & Lawn Care works the other three hundred and fifty-three days, the ordinary ones, when Como Avenue is quiet again and a yard is just a yard waiting for someone to make it look intentional. Mowing, string trimming, edging and cleanup, done in the order that leaves nothing to sweep up behind. There is real satisfaction in the line where turf meets sidewalk, cut so clean it looks drawn. Come fall the leaves off the boulevard maples get gathered before they mat down and smother what is underneath.
