Buntjer Lawn Care

About Buntjer Lawn Care

Fairmont keeps two kinds of weather worth working in, and Buntjer Lawn Care works them both. From May to October the crew is out among the yards above Hall Lake, mowing and trimming, holding the grass at that even height that makes a whole street look rested. Then the ice houses go out on the lake, and the same hands turn to snow — driveways opened before the first coffee is poured, walks cleared down to honest concrete. There is satisfaction at both ends of the calendar: the smell of cut grass drifting toward the water in July, the sound of a finished scrape in January. Either season, the aim is the same — a place that looks cared for the moment you pull up to it. That is the trade Buntjer practices, one Fairmont yard at a time.
