About Waconia Greens Inc

Between Waconia and Excelsior the road rolls over glacial hills, past hayfields and orchards, and finally drops toward the water at the end. Waconia Greens Inc covers that stretch of Carver and Hennepin country, mowing, trimming and edging lawns through a season that runs from a muddy April to a bright, cold October. September is the best of it — cool nights, hard green growth, mower stripes standing up sharp in low sun. Then the leaves, and the raking, and the yards handed over to winter in good order. Lawn care is repetitive by nature; done attentively, it is the reason a street looks the way it does.
