About C M Lawn & Snow Services

Esko sits up on the rise above the St. Louis River, and on cool mornings the valley fog lies below the town like a second lake. C M Lawn & Snow Services works above that fog line all year — mowing and trimming through the northern summer, plowing drives and clearing walks once the river valley starts making its own weather. Carlton County snow comes heavy and wet as often as it comes light and dry, and each kind wants a different pass with the blade. The measure is plain either way: straight cut lines in July, bare pavement in the dark of a February Tuesday. Steady ground, kept steady.
