About BRN LLC

Steele County lies flat and generous around Ellendale — corn and beans out to the shelterbelts, the grid of streets set square against all that open country. BRN LLC keeps the lawns of it: mowing, trimming around posts and foundations, edging the walks, clearing the yard down in spring and again when the leaves let go. High summer here is a long-hours business — heat shimmering off the county road, sprinklers running at dusk, grass that will not slow down until August. Cutting into that with a straight line and leaving a boulevard sharp against the curb is honest satisfaction. A prairie town shows its care lot by lot, and it adds up down the street.
