About Gopher Property Services, LLC

Midnight on Yankee Doodle Road, the plazas empty, the snow squeaking underfoot at ten below — that is Gopher Property Services' office. They clear the lots and entrances that have to be open when Eagan wakes up: storefronts, office parks, the long commercial stretches where a morning of ice is a morning of trouble. Salt trucks run their routes in the dark; plows stack the piles where they won't blind a turning driver. Nobody sees the work happen, which is the point. By eight, the pavement is black and dry and the whole thing looks like the storm never came.
