About Clear Cut Tree Services

All summer the mile of beach on Detroit Lake is full and Washington Avenue is bumper to bumper, and up in the neighborhoods the work goes on anyway. Clear Cut Tree Services trims the big maples over the sidewalks, prunes the elms on the Pelican River side, and removes the ones that came out of winter with nothing but bare branches left. Thunderstorms build across the flat country west of town and arrive with the lake behind them, so cleanup means the alley opened and the shingles freed of limbs before the next round rolls in. A removal on a tight lakeside lot is a rigging job start to finish: nothing gets dropped, everything gets lowered. By evening, when the boats come off the water, the yard is swept and the block looks the way it did in June.
