About Collins Landscaping & Snow Removal

Otter Tail County keeps its winters out on the lakes, and Dent sits right in the middle of them — Star Lake, Dead Lake, and the cabin roads that wander off between. Collins Landscaping & Snow Removal works that country when it goes white: plowing driveways and lake-road approaches, clearing walks and steps, breaking open the drift that piles against a garage door overnight. A lake-country storm never falls evenly; it stacks where the wind decides, and knowing which bend fills first is most of the job. The good hour is the one before sunrise, when the plow has come and gone and a driveway is a clean rectangle of blue snow. Year-round house or a place opened up for the weekend, the drive gets opened the same way.
