About Peterson Properties M&M

Deephaven grew up under its oaks — narrow lanes, deep shade, lawns that tilt down toward Carsons Bay and the water beyond. Peterson Properties M&M mows in that shade, where turf grows slow and thin and a poor cut shows for a month, so the blades stay sharp and the height stays up. They trim around the old stone walls and tree flares, edge the walks by hand where a machine has no business, and clear the clippings so nothing washes toward the lake. Spring is raking the winter mat out and feeding the ground beneath it; autumn near Cottagewood is a solid month of leaves off those same oaks. A lawn kept green under that canopy is a quiet accomplishment, and the neighbors notice.
