Lawn & Beyond Home

About Lawn & Beyond Home

Much of Dayton is new — subdivisions laid over what was cropland not long ago, young sod on graded ground, boulevard trees still standing in their stakes. Lawn & Beyond Home looks after those yards while they come into themselves: mowing, trimming, edging, feeding, and the weed control that thin new turf needs while it thickens. Then the ground goes hard and the same streets ask for a different machine, and the work turns to plowing drives, clearing walks and treating the ice at the front steps. New neighborhoods sit wide open to the wind, so a driveway can fill twice in a night, and the answer to that is simply another pass. Watching a street go from bare fill to green lawns in summer and open drives in January is a slow reward, and one worth waiting for.
