About North Country Lawn Care

Crosslake sits far enough north that winter is not a season so much as a residence — five months of it, sometimes six, with cold that creaks in the trees. North Country Lawn Care is built for that latitude. Snow removal is half the year's work: storm after storm cleared from driveways and doorsteps, banks stacked shoulder-high along the road by February. The other half belongs to the grass, which comes on fast in the long June light and needs mowing and tending until the frost returns. North of everything and glad of it, the crew works Crosslake the way the town actually is — half white, half green, no idle months in between.
