About Chadwick Company

August light in Crosslake goes long and gold, slanting through the birches until well past supper. Chadwick Company shapes its lawn care around that hour — grass mowed and edged so the yard is at its best just when the day slows down and everyone drifts outside. The shade is patchy under tall trees here, and turf takes a patient hand to thrive in it. That patience is the work: steady mowing, careful trimming, attention to the corners other eyes skip. By dusk the lawn reads like a made bed, and the evening settles into it.
