About Ground Zero Services

Out where Courtland's last streets meet open farmland, the winter wind has nothing to slow it down, and one night of blowing snow can sculpt a driveway into a ridge of drifts. Ground Zero Services takes its name to heart — back to bare ground, back to zero — clearing drives and walks so the morning starts on pavement instead of packed snow. When the thaw comes and the fields between New Ulm and Mankato go from black to green, the work turns to mowing and trimming, keeping yards neat until the frost returns. Two kinds of weather, one plain goal: ground you can see and use. In a small prairie town that meets the weather head-on, that clear ground is its own reward.
