About Olson Property Services LLC

Down where Cottage Grove slopes toward Grey Cloud Island, the Mississippi splits into backwater sloughs and the mornings come up misty off the water. Olson Property Services LLC works both halves of the year in this river country — mowing and lawn care while the herons stalk the shallows, snow removal when the sloughs freeze white and the wind finds every driveway. A property is a year-round responsibility here, and that is how the work is treated. Grass kept even in July, pavement kept clear in January, and the place looking cared for in between.
