Thriving Lawns and Landscaping

About Thriving Lawns and Landscaping

October in Cold Spring turns the bur oaks a stubborn rust and lays a skim of mist on the lakes above town, and that is the week the year's work gets settled. Thriving Lawns and Landscaping handles both ends of it — leaves cleared and the lawn taken short one last time, aeration and overseeding, plus the fertilizing and weed control that carried the turf through mowing season and the trim lines kept honest from May onward. Then the ground freezes and the same properties move onto the plow route: drives and lots opened, entries cleared, ice treated where roof melt runs across a step. Between the Sauk River and the granite country there is never a shortage of weather to work around. Being there for all of it is the point.
