Lite Land Management

About Lite Land Management

February in Wright County has a habit of melting a little at noon and taking it all back by dark, which is how a clean driveway becomes a sheet of glass by suppertime. Lite Land Management works that problem as much as the snowfall itself: plowing drives and lots down to the surface so there is nothing left to refreeze, breaking the ridge at the road, cutting walks and steps clear, and laying salt or sand where sun and shade meet. Snow around Cokato blows more than it falls, so the piles go where the wind will not simply return them. A driveway you can walk across without thinking about it is the point. Everything else is just how it gets there.
