About Irvins Mowing Services

A Saturday morning in Cokato sounds like mowers, one street at a time, and the smell of cut grass reaches the sidewalk before the machine does. Irvins Mowing Services keeps a good share of those town lots — weekly mowing, trimming around the fence line and the clothesline post, edging the boulevard strip until the curb comes back into view, cleanups in spring and again when the yard needs emptying. When the year turns hard, the same lots get plowed and the same entries get cleared by hand, right down to the step, with ice treated before it can set. Small properties reward attention, because every corner of them is visible from the street. Getting the corners right is most of the work.
