About Crown Tree Services

Ceylon is a small Martin County town close to the Iowa line, where August corn stands taller than a man on every side and the sky runs flat and wide to the horizon. Crown Tree Services handles lawn care here. In the heat of late summer, when the fields turn gold-green and the cicadas drone through the afternoon, a mowed lawn reads as a deliberate patch of calm. The cut is kept even and the trim kept close around trees and posts, so the yard looks sharp against the wild abundance of farm country. On a still evening with the light going pink over the fields, a town's lawns standing in good order are a lovely thing to see.
