Castle Rock Contracting & Tree

About Castle Rock Contracting & Tree

Out on the Dakota County flats there is nothing to stop the wind, so snow here does not simply fall — it travels, laying long drifts across the section roads between Castle Rock and Farmington. Castle Rock Contracting & Tree plows that open country, where a drive can blow shut twice before noon and once again after dark. Blades run the full width, walks come back to bare concrete, and the piles go where the next north wind cannot hand them straight back. Where ice sets up on a grade, sand follows. It is cold, unglamorous work, and there is real pride in a farmyard opened up before the school bus comes through.
