About Kester Prop Services

Snow in Brownsdale rarely falls straight down. It comes sideways off the open Mower County fields, the same wind-scoured ground Andrew and Hosmer Brown platted into a village in 1856, and piles into drifts against garages, fences and anything else that stands still. Kester Prop Services handles snow removal for properties around town, clearing driveways, walks and parking areas so the workday can start on time. The north end of town drains toward Roberts Creek and the south toward Wolf Creek, and come March all that cleared snow will slip away down the same slopes. Until then, the job is keeping Brownsdale moving, one storm after another.
